Overthinking, worry and uncertainty: a self-enquiry guide

Within this philosophy, uncertainty is an experience in the game we entered. Remembering the Creator turns attention from demanding a particular next scene to noticing how the present one is being experienced.

A message has no reply

You sent a message and no reply has arrived. The role of friend or partner feels rejected, and the mind keeps repeating, ‘They do not care about me.’

Remembering the Creator

Recall the Creator who entered the game for experiences. Waiting and the fear of rejection belong to this scene; they do not describe the whole of who you are. The other person shares the same source. You cannot rewrite the game to demand an immediate reply, and you do not yet know why they have not answered.

Participating within the game

A clear follow-up, or returning to the activity in front of you, can arise from this remembrance. Either is participation within the unfolding game. Notice whether your response expresses connection or an attempt to force the next scene.

What if the mind does not become silent?

The teaching connects a quieter mind with releasing the role’s demand to control the whole game. Begin with one ordinary scene and examine that demand gently. Silence cannot be forced by repeating “I am the Creator.” If reflection becomes uncomfortable or overwhelming, stop and return to ordinary activity or suitable support.

A period within a period

In Vimshottari astrology, a mahadasha contains antardashas and smaller periods. Jupiter’s full mahadasha is 16 years; Saturn’s is 19. The birth starting point varies. These traditional timings are not predictions for you.

Understanding can make room for patience

During a conflict, remember the shared Creator before treating someone as an enemy. Consider their circumstances, listen and set necessary boundaries. Planetary symbolism cannot tell you someone’s motives or excuse harm.
